Residency Programme

The Ashore Residency Programme offers selected individuals, or their teams, a stay at one of our 60 locations. Stays are exclusively for the successful individual, or their team, and will be at a location of their choosing.

Team stays under the programme have a flexible duration, and individual stays under the programme are capped at four nights.

We hope these terms are clear, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out via hello@ashore.io.

Eligibility

In participating in an Ashore Residency, you confirm you are a representative of a company that has: (a) been operational for at least six months, and; (b) has a minimum head-count of ten employees (FTE or part-time).

Applications

Applications are to be solely submitted through an online form made available throughout the dates the residency round is open. This form is made available publicly, to all potential interested parties.

We welcome applications from all companies that fulfil our eligibility criteria. Past participants have represented diverse backgrounds, applicants can be based in any country, and a team stay is not limited to employees based in the UK.

The application period will be communicated on our website.

Selection and notification

Selection is at the sole discretion of the Ashore team, and will prioritise companies that the team agree are in a position in terms of company size, timing, and stay proposal to benefit the most from a residency.

Successful applicants will be notified by email. Winners must respond within 24 hours to confirm their acceptance and schedule a call with one of the Ashore team.

If the selected representative does not respond in time, another applicant may be chosen.

Offer details

The programme includes a fully funded individual stay for up to four nights, or said stay can be put towards the cost of a larger team stay (for example, a company’s leadership team).

Successful residents can choose from any available Ashore location, subject to availability and the Ashore team’s discretion. The selected location will be privately and exclusively for the use of the successful resident, or their team, for the duration of their stay.

There are no obligations for residents to share any information, or partake in any publicity as a result of their stay, though feedback will be requested privately to ensure that core Ashore experience remains of the highest possible quality.

Cancellation and liability

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least seven days in advance.

Ashore is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the residency or the applicant’s stay.

Legal compliance

All activities undertaken during the stay must comply with relevant laws. Any unlawful actions may result in immediate termination of the agreement and potential further consequences.

By applying, you consent to the collection and storage of personal information as outlined in our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

Changes to terms

Ashore reserves the right to modify or cancel the Residency Programme and its terms at any time without prior notice.

Governing law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English and Welsh law, and any claims herein subject to the jurisdiction of the High Court of England and Wales.
