A true creative retreat in the Welsh wilderness. For the feeling that nothing else exists in the world bar the work you’ve gone there to do.
Two bedrooms, one Ashore setup, beautifully designed kitchen, plus a great downstairs table to get together and get creative.
The nearby walks are phenomenal. If you’re someone who finds themselves having their very best thoughts mid-stroll, this is the place.
An Ashore we’d recommend doing via car. A beautiful drive from London, with EV charging on location, and some great stops along the way

The Location
Old Radnor, a beautiful spot on the Welsh borders, and now home to the vineyard next to what is - probably - our most secluded Ashore.
Close to one of the great pubs of Wales: the Harp. Otherwise, grab food en route in one of the supermarkets in Hereford, and some wine straight from the vineyard.
Nearby there’s lots to do if you’re in need of inspiration. Nearby are the Black Mountains, the Brecon Beacons and the far too under-the-radar Elan Valley.
Local towns include the zen Presteigne and Ashore favourite: Hay on-Wye.
