The Setup
Communal workspace: the main atrium space has a larger oak table that seats 10, plus a writable glass wall overlooking the main pool.
Break-out areas: choose between the living room with sofas and a 42 inch TV for casting onto, or the snug with ten seater sofa, perfect for team presentations.
Individual workspaces: two, one in the snug and one in the upstairs office-space. Both including Apple Studio Displays, Herman Miller Aeron chairs, and the Ashore Pegg desk.

The Need to Know
If you believe that good design leads to good thinking, this is the place for you. A brilliant, relaxing space, surrounded by the English countryside.
With all the kit you’d expect - from the multiple screens, to great communal spaces - this home is perfect for single day retreats for teams of up to ten.
The kitchen is perfectly set up for work as well, with coffee machine, and catering available on site upon request.
You can either drive or get the train to nearby Bosham. It’s about one and three quarters hours from Victoria, with a short taxi from the station.
The Location
You can find the Water Shed on a secluded lane near the village of Bosham, a few minutes away from Chichester. Peaceful doesn’t quite do it justice.
Nearby there are some brilliant walks - whether it’s to the harbour of Bosham itself, or to the award-winning West Wittering beach.
But to be honest, you don’t really need to even go that far. The Water Shed includes a natural swimming pond, sauna, tennis court, as well as outdoor dining.
Further afield, Chichester is a great town to visit for the day. Pallant House art gallery is the perfect place for some mid-stay inspiration.
