The Need to Know

The Need to Know

? ?

Award-winning conversion within Rye’s old town walls, mixing early English architecture with everything your team will need to take a step back and do great work.

? ?

Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two terraces. Plus a massive, open-plan, communal area on the ground floor to work from.

? ?

State-of-the-art kitchen with everything you could want. You can either get food delivered direct to the space, or pick things up in Rye Waitrose.

? ?

Drive or get the train to Rye (just over an hour from London). It’s about a five minute walk from the train station. One of our fastest Ashores to get to.

? ?

For any team members with mobility issues, one of the bedrooms (and a wet room) is on the ground floor.

? ?

Pet friendly.

The Location

? ?

Rye, East Sussex. Mediaeval town, cobbled streets, great restaurants, and a vibrant cultural scene.

? ?

You’ll be surrounded by great restaurants and cafes for team dinners: Whitehouse Rye and Marino’s Fish Bar are firm Ashore favourites.

? ?

Outside of town, the Sussex coastline is a short walk away. Camber, Fairlie or Dungeness, take your pick: all of them are great places to find inspiration.

? ?

For a half-day, visit the beautiful Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. For something that feels a bit more like team building, two words: Tillingham Wines.
