Three miles to the North Norfolk coast (at Cley - a former medieval port with an iconic windmill).
The Norfolk coast is a very popular sailing and watersports area; you can arrange in advance experience stays - including exploring the saltmarshes in traditional Norfolk fishing boats, or a local safari in a vintage Land Rover.
Renowned for its independent retail, Holt also boasts a thriving café and deli culture, local fishmongers stocking crab and lobster, and a Michelin-starred restaurant.
The local nature reserve is a 5 minute walk away from the property.
